(a) Turn-around provisions within the boundaries of the plat must be constructed on all dead-end streets, unless otherwise directed by the city.
(b) On circular turn-arounds, the distance between the right-of-way line and the back of the outside curb shall not be less than ten feet. The radii on circular turn-arounds shall not be less than is shown in the Figures that follow the text of this chapter.
(c) “T” type turn-arounds
be constructed as shown in the Figures that follow the text of this chapter.
(d) “L” type turn-arounds
not be permitted.
