CHAPTER 282: BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS

Provisions relating to the Building Code Board of Appeals are codified in the Stille-Derossett-Hale Single State Construction Code Act, Public Act 230 of 1972, M.C.L.A. § 125.1504, which is referenced in the Michigan Building Code, as adopted by reference in Chapter 1410 of Part Fourteen, the Building and Housing Code of these codified ordinances.
