This chapter is enacted pursuant to the statutory authority granted by the
(Public Act 58 of 1978), being M.C.L.A. §§ 559.101 et seq., as amended; and Public Act 168 of 1959, now being Public Act 33 of 2008, M.C.L.A. §§ 125.3811 et seq., as amended, providing for the City
; and all subsequent amendments in support of stated public acts.
