§ 1220.02 COMPOSITION.

The Planning Commission shall consist of nine members. One member shall be the Mayor, one member shall be an administrative official of the city selected by the Mayor, and one member shall be a member of Council to be selected by it. Such three persons shall be ex officio members. The remaining six members shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall hold no other city office.
