§ 1062.01 PROPERTY DESTRUCTION.
   No person in a public park of the city :
   (a)   Willfully mark, deface, disfigure, injure, tamper with, displace or remove any buildings, bridges, tables, benches, paving or paving material, water lines or other public utilities or parts or appurtenances thereof, signs, notices or placards, whether temporary or permanent, monuments, stakes, posts or other boundary markers, recreational or sporting equipment, or other structures or equipment, facilities or park or appurtenances whatsoever, either real or personal; or
   (b)   Dig, remove any earth, rock, stones, trees, shrubs or plants, or make any excavation, except with a written permit issued by the City .
