§ 1060.04 BILLING; PAYMENT; DELINQUENCY.

The charges for garbage and/or rubbish collection shall be billed bimonthly on the tenth day of the month and shall be due on the fifth day of the following month. A 10% penalty shall be charged if such charges are not fully paid by the due date.
