As used in this chapter:
CONTRACTOR. The person who has the contract with the city for the removal of and refuse.
GARBAGE. Putrescible animal and vegetable wastes resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking and consumption of food.
NOXIOUS WASTE. Any or other matter, except , which, because of deterioration, decay, burning, incineration of otherwise, is likely to produce dangerous noxious or unpleasant odors or fumes or attract flies, insects, vermin, rodents or disease carrying animals.
PERSON. The and/or requiring and curbside pick-up services.
PREMISES. A single-family dwelling .
RUBBISH.
All ashes, magazines, newspapers, tin cans, glassware, bottles, small automobile parts and other like substances ordinarily discarded by householders.
UNIT. A single-family dwelling unit and includes each condominium unit and multi-family unit desiring curbside and pick-up.
