§ 1046.092 FAILURE TO COMPLY; COMPLETION.

In addition to any other remedies, should any fail to comply with the provisions of this chapter, the city , after the giving of reasonable notice and opportunity for compliance, have the necessary work done, and the be obligated to promptly reimburse the city for all costs of such work.
