§ 1046.063 STORAGE OF HAZARDOUS OR TOXIC MATERIALS IN DRAINAGEWAY.

Except as permitted by , it be unlawful for any to store or stockpile within a any hazardous or toxic materials unless adequate protection and/or containment has been provided so as to prevent any such materials from entering a waterway.
