The city official designated by Council
grant or deny the issuance of a permit required by this chapter. If such a permit is granted, it
contain such reasonable terms and conditions as are deemed necessary relative to the depth or size of the well, the maximum horsepower of the pump motor and/or the gallonage per hour, and the use and disposal of water taken from the well.
