The Tourism and Marketing Committee shall establish its own schedule of meetings, organize and appoint such subcommittees as may be deemed necessary, and conduct its business in such a manner as to progressively promote Grafton as a place to visit, live and establish a business. All elected or appointed officials of the City of Grafton shall make themselves available to meet with the committee and shall strive to cooperate with the goals of the committee.
