6-1-1:   STATE DEFINITIONS ADOPTED:
The Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes, chapter 1, entitled “Title and Definitions”, as passed, approved and amended by the Illinois General Assembly, is hereby adopted by the City, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the City.
