3-9-10:   REPORT REQUIREMENTS:
The company shall, upon request, provide copies of reports submitted to the FCC relating to the cable system. The City may, on reasonable notice, inspect at the company’s office, and during reasonable hours, the FCC, public and technical files maintained by the company with respect to the cable system.
