3-9-7:   COSTS, FEES AND EXPENSES:
The company shall reimburse the City for costs, fees and expenses reasonably incurred for the following:
   A.   Protection, removal or relocation of the cable system, if the company has failed to perform its obligations hereunder.
   B.   Restoring any damage or condition resulting from construction, maintenance or other work performed by the company.
   C.   Awarding or renewing this franchise; provided, that the City will give the company advance notice of any anticipated extraordinary charges.
   D.   Enforcing this chapter.
