After 30 days, such semi-trucks and/or semitrailers shall be placed within a building.
   (b)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for each offense. Each violation of a provision of this section shall constitute a separate and distinct offense independent of any other section or subsection or any order issued pursuant to this chapter. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues after notice and final order. The imposition of any penalty shall not preclude the Director of Law or the Prosecutor from instituting an appropriate action or proceeding in a court of proper jurisdiction.
