634.02 NOISE DISTURBANCE PROHIBITED.

(a) In addition to the specific prohibitions outlined in this chapter, no person shall unreasonably make, continue, or cause to be made, continued or permitted, any noise disturbance. This section shall not apply to noncommercial, public speaking, or public assembly activities conducted on any public space or public right-of-way with a permit issued by the City.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
