(a) No person shall keep, house, pasture or pen any pig, hog or swine of any kind within the Village.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues after notice by the Police Department to the person owning, keeping or in charge of any pig, hog or swine.
