(a) No person shall own, keep or harbor more than three dogs over three months of age in any one household, in any zoning district in the Village, with the exception of commercial kennels and veterinarian facilities, where the same are permitted in Commercial and Industrial Districts in the Village, as set forth in the Zoning Code.
(b) No person shall own, keep or harbor more than three cats over three months of age in any one household, in any zoning district in the Village, with the exception of commercial kennels and veterinarian facilities, where the same are permitted in Commercial and Industrial Districts in the Village, as set forth in the Zoning Code.

(c) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
