452.115 SNOW EMERGENCIES.

(a) From November 1 to April 1, no person shall park a vehicle on any public street within the Village at any time when accumulated snowfall exceeds two inches. At such time, a snow parking emergency shall automatically become effective.

(b) Residents and/or property owners on any street within the Village may, by petition, remove their street from the requirements of division (a) of this section, provided at least 75% of the residents and/or property owners on such street join in the petition.

(c) Any automobile found parked on Village streets not excepted from this section shall be removed at the owner's expense, in addition to the penalty provided in Sections 408.01 and 408.02.
