(a) Establishment; Appointment. The position of Clerk of the Mayor's Court is hereby established. The Clerk shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall serve under the supervision of the Mayor.
(b) Duties and Responsibilities. The Clerk shall prepare and maintain a docket and such other records of the Court as are required; shall receive, collect and account for all costs, fines, bail and other moneys received by the Court, and shall issue receipts therefor; and shall perform such other duties as shall, from time to time, be assigned by the Mayor.
