274.02 FUND RAISING.

(a) The Recreation Commission is hereby authorized to raise funds, through any appropriate and legal means, for recreational purposes within the Village.

(b) Council will assist the Commission by underwriting necessary expenses for fund raising projects to be instituted by the Commission.

(c) The Commission shall have full discretion relative to the use of the money, provided that the money shall be used only for Municipal recreational purposes.
