(a) All members of the Recreation Commission shall be paid twenty dollars ($20.00) per meeting, provided that no member shall be paid for more than eighteen meetings in any calendar year.

(b) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to pay the members of the Commission, as set forth in subsection (a) hereof, from the Recreation Fund of the Village.
