The Police Department shall prepare a written notice/information sheet containing the following or substantially similar information:
- Be advised that
- Who resides at in Grafton, Ohio
- Has pleaded guilty to/been convicted of
- And has been determined to be a “sexual predator” under Ohio R.C. 2950, et. seq., which is defined as “...a person who has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to committing a sexually oriented offense and is likely to engage in the future in one or more sexually oriented offenses.”
-or-
- And has been determined to be a “habitual sexual offender” under Ohio R.C. 2950, et seq., which is defined as “... a person who is convicted of or pleads guilty to a sexually oriented offense and who previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one or more sexually oriented offenses.”
