234.03   PETTY CASH FUNDS.
   There are hereby created separate funds, known as the Petty Cash Funds, for the Clerk- Treasurer, Police Department and Tax Clerk.

   The Petty Cash Funds shall not exceed the following amounts for each department specified:
      Clerk-Treasurer         $100.00
