(a) A full-time employee of the Village is anyone who is specifically hired or promoted as a full-time employee to fill a designated full-time position and whose normal work week is scheduled for forty hours or more.
(b) Any employee not specifically designated as a full-time employee is to be considered a part-time employee whose normal work week is scheduled for thirty-nine hours or less.
