No person or spectator, unless given authority by the Village Administrator, Recreation Commission and/or Council, shall be on any ball field, interfere while a game is being played on the ball field, or drive any car upon or across the ball field. Parking in grassy areas is prohibited unless no other parking is available in the designated parking areas.
