The personnel necessary to administer the Village income tax shall be employed within and be a part of the Clerk-Treasurer's Department.
Such personnel shall consist of an Income Tax Clerk who, under the general direction of the Clerk-Treasurer, shall administer the Village income tax.
Such Income Tax Clerk shall be bonded as set forth in Section 256.01 and shall be paid on the same bi-weekly basis as other Village employees.
