256.41 IRREGULAR COMPENSATION.

The Clerk-Treasurer of the Village is hereby authorized to issue a twenty-seventh paycheck to salaried employees/elected officials in the years, and only in the years, where a twenty-seventh paycheck is necessary to provide just compensation and maintain the bi-weekly schedule.
