The International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted in Section 1488.01, is hereby amended as follows:
Section 101.1. Insert "Village of Grafton, Ohio".
Section 103.05. Delete without substitution.
Section 111. Delete and substitute "Means of Appeal". Article VII of the Village of Grafton Charter and Chapter 1246 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Grafton shall establish procedures for appeal".
Section 304.14. Insert "May 1" and "October 31" respectively.
Section 602.3. Insert "September 1" and "May 30" respectively.
Section 602.4. Insert "September 1" and "May 30" respectively.
