All single-family residential lots created after passage of this section shall meet the following requirements:
(a) The minimum net lot area shall be 17,100 square feet. The net area shall be computed exclusive of any portion of the right-of-way of any existing public or private street or any proposed right-of-way.
(b) The minimum lot width at the building setback line shall be ninety feet.
(c) The minimum lot frontage shall be ninety feet, except that on curvilinear streets and cul-de-sac turn-arounds the frontage may be reduced to fifty feet.
(d) The maximum lot coverage of all principal and accessory buildings shall be twenty-five percent of the lot.
(e) The minimum depth of the front yard setback from the street right-of-way line shall be fifty feet.
(f) The minimum depth of the rear yard shall be forty feet.
(g) The minimum width of the side yard shall be ten feet.
