1462.02 TOPOGRAPHICAL CHANGES.

(a) No construction on unimproved or previously improved property may change the topography thereof or alter the elevation from a general conformity to adjacent property.

(b) The Village Engineer shall determine the elevation of improved or unimproved property prior to construction thereon, and shall determine the degree of elevation change which will be permitted to take place through construction.
