1462.01   COMPLIANCE WITH SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS.
   (a)   All construction on unimproved lots in the Village must comply with all requirements, including the installation of sidewalks, contained in the Subdivision Regulations.
   (b)   This section shall apply to all construction, whether the lots are one or more in number.
   (c)   In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of the Subdivision Regulations of the Village (Title Four of Part Twelve of these Codified Ordinances), the provisions of this chapter shall control.
