Construction under a building permit must be in accordance with the ordinances of the Village and the statutes of the State relative to fire hazards, sanitation and other police matters. If a structure is erected under a building permit issued in violation of such ordinances or statutes, then the permit shall be considered to have been revoked as of the date of its issuance.
