1440.02 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.

Every application for a building permit for a new structure or for an alteration of an existing structure shall be accompanied by two or more sets of construction documents in accordance with Section 106 of the Ohio Building Code or Section 106 of the Residential Code of Ohio.
