Off-street parking is not required in the CB District. For the purposes of this Zoning Code, the following parking space requirements shall apply for all other districts:

On-street parking within 500 feet of the building, except in residential areas, may be used toward fulfilling this requirement. |
Hospitals. | 1 space for every 2 beds; plus 1.5 spaces for each emergency room examination table or bed; plus 1 space per employee on the maximum working shift, other than doctors; plus 1 space per doctor assigned to the staff. |
Sanitariums, convalescent homes, homes for the aged, nursing homes, children's homes, and similar uses. | 1 space for every 6 patient beds, plus 1 space per employee on the largest working shift, plus 1 space per staff member and visiting doctor. |

Business, technical, and trade schools. | 1 space for every 2 students. |
Colleges and universities. | 1 space for every 4 students. |
Kindergartens, child care facility, nursery schools, and similar uses. | 2 spaces for every 3 teachers, employees, or administrators, and 1 off- street passenger loading space for every 8 pupils. |
Industrial | |
All types of manufacturing or industrial establishments, storage and wholesale, research or testing laboratory, creamery, bottling plant, warehouse or similar establishments, or uses permitted in any industrial district. | 1 space for every 2 employees (on the larger shift for which the building is designed) plus space to accommodate all trucks and other vehicles used in connection therein. |
