The boundaries of the State Route 57 Overlay District are shown on the Official Zoning Map. The boundaries of this Overlay District include the area within parallel lines running 500 feet on both sides of the State Route 57 right-of-way, or the entire depth of those parcels fronting on State Route 57, or the proposed project accessing State Route 57, whichever is the greater distance from Parsons Road north to the corporate limits.
