In the Professional Office District, the following uses may be permitted as conditional uses by the Planning Commission with the consent of Council or Council without the consent of the Planning Commission and subject to the general conditions as set forth in Chapter 1250:
(a) Assisted living and retirement facilities.
(b) Multi-family residential dwellings.
(c) Governmentally-owned and/or operated buildings and facilities.
(d) Churches and other buildings used for the purpose of religious worship.
(e) Quasi-public, institutionally, or organizationally owned and/or operated recreational, instructional, and meeting facilities such as those developed and used by the YMCA, YWCA, Boy Scouts, Masons or various fraternal or community service groups.
(f) Banks (with drive-through service)
(g) Other uses determined by the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals to be similar to the uses permitted in this District.
