1256.05   RESIDENTIAL YARD REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)   Minimum Front Yard Depth: 70 feet for all Federal or State highways; 50 feet for all other roads.
   (b)   Minimum Rear Yard: 40 feet.
   (c)   Minimum Side Yard Width:
      (1)   Minimum side yard: 10 feet.
      (2)   Total side yard: 20 feet.
