(o) Re-inspection, Three-Family or Less (per dwelling unit): Whenever an inspection has been requested and work is found incomplete, not ready for inspection or in need of correction and a re-inspection is necessary, there shall be a re-inspection fee of $40.00.
(p) Certificate of Occupancy, Three-Family or Less (per dwelling unit):
New Construction: No fee
Existing occupancies: $50.00, each discipline
(q) Penalty Fee: If a contractor begins work prior to becoming registered with the Village or when work for which a permit is required is started prior to issuance of a permit, the contractor registration fee and/or the permit fee shall be doubled.
(r) Buildings and Structures Regulated by the Ohio Building Code (OBC): Fees for projects regulated by the OBC shall be as herein established.
(1) Plan Review:
(a) Structural $200.00 + $7.50/100 sq. ft.
(b) Plumbing $200.00 + $4.50/100 sq. ft.
(c) Mechanical $200.00 + $4.50/100 sq. ft.
(d) Electrical $200.00 + $4.50/100 sq. ft.
(e) Fire suppression $200.00 + $4.50/100 sq. ft.
(f) Fire alarm $200.00 + $3.50/device
(g) Industrialized units $150.00 + $1.30/100 sq. ft.
(2) Special inspections
