Portland cement concrete sidewalks shall be constructed on both sides of every street shown on the plat. Such sidewalks shall be constructed to a width of not less than 4 feet, offset 6 inches from abutting lot lines, and to a depth of 4 inches, except at driveways, where the depth shall be 6 inches. Sidewalks shall be built to conform to a slope of 3/8-inch per foot rise from the top of a curb or from the bottom of the proposed curb.
