(a) Designation on Master Plan. Where a proposed park, playground, school or other public use shown on the Master Plan is located in whole or in part within a subdivision, the subdivider shall dedicate or reserve adequate space for such purpose in such area within the subdivision when the Planning Commission finds the requirement to be reasonably necessary to the public health and welfare.
(b) Acceptance of Dedications. Requiring the dedication of public spaces, as provided in division (a) of this section, shall not constitute an acceptance of the dedication by the Village.
