1213.02 CONSULTATION WITH VILLAGE OFFICIALS.

While a plan for a subdivision is still in sketch form, it is recommended that the subdivider consult with the Village officials, including the Village Engineer, with respect to these Subdivision Regulations, zoning provisions, major street plan, standard specifications governing public improvements and performance agreement and bond requirements.
