1213.01 PURPOSES.

The procedure outlined in this chapter shall serve as a guide to the subdivider for the submission of the preliminary and final subdivision layout plans, improvement plans and other documents required for final approval and recording of the subdivision and for the installation and approval of required physical improvements.
