1211.04   ISSUANCE OF BUILDING AND SEPTIC TANK PERMITS.
   (a)   The Building Inspector shall not issue a building or repair permit for any structure on a lot in a subdivision for which a plat has not been approved and recorded in the manner prescribed in these Subdivision Regulations.
   (b)   The General Health District Officer shall not issue a permit for the installation of septic tanks upon any lot in a subdivision for which a plat has not been approved and recorded in the manner prescribed in these Subdivision Regulations.
