1211.02 PLAT APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO RECORDING.

No plat of any subdivision shall be entitled to be recorded in the County Recorder's office or shall have any validity until it has been approved in the manner prescribed in these Subdivision Regulations. If any unapproved plat is recorded it shall be considered invalid and Council shall request the Law Director to institute proper proceedings to invalidate the plat in accordance with statutes of the State.
