1210.05 ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY FOR STREETS.

Where, in order to comply with requirements of the Planning Commission, it is necessary to acquire property for a street outside of the boundaries of the land to be subdivided, the land required for the street may be acquired by the Village, but the expense thereof shall be borne by the owner of the subdivision.
