1201.01 ADOPTION.

(a) The Land Use Plan attached to original Ordinance 90-183, passed December 4, 1990, and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby adopted as the official Land Use Plan for the Village.

(b) As the official Land Use Plan for the Village, such Plan shall be used in reviewing recommendations regarding matters brought before the Planning Commission and as the guideline for all matters concerning land use within the Village.
