(a) Each member of the Planning Commission shall be paid thirty dollars ($30.00) for each meeting attended.
(b) Payment to members of the Commission under division (a) of this section shall not exceed payment for more than twelve meetings during any given calendar year.
(c) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to make such payments to members of the Commission from funds collected from applicants desiring to make presentations to the Commission.
