1072.02   RULES.
   (a)   The rental fees and security deposits provided in Section 1072.01 must be made at the time the reservation is made to secure the rental date. Security deposits will be refunded after an inspection is made and any damage is assessed.
   (b)   The Community Room, Parks, and Event Structures may be set-up one hour before the scheduled event.
   (c)   The Community Room, Parks, and Event Structures must be cleaned up immediately (within one hour) following the event by the person(s)/organization(s) who made the reservation. All trash must be bagged and removed from the premises.
   (d)   All tables and chairs must be returned to the racks at the end of the event by persons renting the Community Room.
   (e)   Lights and equipment must be turned off before the premises are vacated.
   (f)   Decorations are limited to table decorations only. Decorations are not permitted to be taped, thumbtacked or hung from walls, ceilings, or the exterior of any event structure.
   (g)   No exterior decorations, (including decorations on any Village signs) are permitted. Stand-alone signs may be placed at the entrances to the parks and/or the Community Room.
   (h)   All food, beverage, dishes and utensils for an event must be supplied by person(s)/organization(s) who made the reservation. Kitchen equipment in the Community Room may be used.
