1072.01   RENTAL RATES AND SECURITY DEPOSITS.
   (a)   Grafton Community Room. Effective January 1, 2022, rental rates shall be as follows, subject to changes made by the Village Administration:
      (1)   Residents.
         A.   One hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for four hours (minimum rental).
         B.   Two hundred twenty-five dollars ($225.00) for the entire day (eight or more hours).
         C.   A fifty dollar ($50.00) security deposit.
      (2)   Nonresidents.
         A.   Two hundred dollars ($200.00) for four hours (minimum rental).
         B.   Three hundred dollars ($300.00) for the entire day (eight or more hours).
         C.   A fifty dollar ($50.00) security deposit.
      (3)   Nonprofit organizations (for fund raising purposes).
         A.   One hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for four hours (minimum rental).
         B.   Two hundred twenty-five dollars ($225.00) for the entire day.
         C.   A fifty dollar ($50.00) security deposit.
      (4)   Regularly scheduled community service organizations. Regularly scheduled community service organizations' use of the Grafton community room must be scheduled in a predetermined time slot. Rental shall be at no charge, however, there shall be a fifty dollar ($50.00) security deposit. Community services organizations should be limited to one meeting per week (Monday through Thursday and holidays).
      (5)   Regularly scheduled community youth groups. Regularly scheduled community youth groups must be scheduled in a predetermined time slot. Rental shall be at no charge, however, there shall be a fifty dollar ($50.00) security deposit. Community youth groups should be limited to one meeting per week (Monday through Thursday and no holidays).
      (6)   Grafton-based volunteer community service organizations (Volunteer Fire Department, Auxiliary Police). Rental shall be at no charge, however, there shall be a fifty dollar ($50.00) security deposit. Events must be scheduled.
      (7)   Rental fees are refundable if the event is canceled at least six weeks prior to the scheduled date. Security deposits will not be refunded for canceled events.
      (8)   Rental fees may be waived upon consideration of the Village Administrator.
   (b)   Parks and Event Structures. Effective January 1, 2022, rental rates shall be as follows, subject to changes made by the Village Administration:
      (1)   North Park Pavilion: Rental for the pavilion shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day.
      (2)   Willow Park Pavilion: Rental for the pavilion shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day.
      (3)   Rental fees of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per pavilion are refundable if the event is canceled at least six weeks prior to the scheduled date.
      (4)   Willow Park Event Structure: Rental of the event structure, including one pavilion, for the entire day shall be three hundred dollars ($300.00).
      (5)   Rental fees of two hundred dollars ($200.00) are refundable if the event at Willow Park Event Structure is canceled at least six weeks prior to the scheduled date.
      (6)   Willow Park: Rental of the Willow Park in its entirety for a special event, including both pavilions and the event structure, shall be six hundred dollars ($600.00).
      (7)   Rental fees of five hundred dollars ($500.00) are refundable if the event at Willow Park is canceled at least six weeks prior to the scheduled date.
      (8)   Gazebo at Bicentennial Park: Rental shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per day.
      (9)   Rental fees of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) are refundable if the event at Gazebo is canceled at least six weeks prior to the scheduled date.
      (10)   Rental fees may be waived upon consideration of the Village Administrator.
